When I came to Kevin to talk to him about working out at Dynamic I recently came off of a pretty extensive set of knee surgeries. One of the first things that he said to me was that at Dynamic I wouldn’t be just working out, I would be training. I knew right then that we were going to have a pretty good relationship. My biggest concern was to make sure that my knee and leg were healthy enough so I would be able to continue to compete as a high level athlete. Not too long after we sat and had our first conversation Kevin got me right into their facility and started me on an extensive athlete program that he developed. The entire staff welcomed me with open arms and really made my workouts fun but still challenging.
As I continued on with my program we tracked my progress and before I knew it I was cleaning, squatting, and sprinting again (none of these milestones were achievable before I walked through their doors). They introduced and taught me new exercises that allowed me to become more familiar with my body and how it works. Aside from strengthening and getting my conditioning levels up they worked with me on my body’s recovery, nutrition, and flexibility.
Though we faced some bumps in the road, as any recovery process does, Kevin and the rest of his staff were able to keep me motivated and focused on what my goals were.
I am truly grateful that I found such an incredible facility so close to home with such a knowledgeable staff. The environment that Kevin and Michele have created at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning matches no other gym I have stepped my foot in. No matter your age, or what your goals may be, Dynamic will help you reach them.

Motivation! That is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Kevin, his coaches, and his workout programs. I have never met a group of coaches who are as motivated and dedicated as Kevin and his staff. I went in the Summer program in decent shape, looking for help to get into top shape for my hockey season. Kevin and his staff helped me achieve my goals and put me in the best shape of my life. Kevin’s program not only made me stronger, but also made me mentally tough as well. They taught me to never give up, even when I thought I would never make through some of the workouts they had planned for me. This Summer was a blast; I got in top shape, met some great people, worked hard, and had fun doing it! All at Dynamic Strength and Conditioning.

Armond is having his best rushing year in his last 3 years. As a starter for Nashua South he is number 2 in the state in this category, he has recorded 201 rushing yards in his last game against Manchester Memorial. Armond has also recorded his fastest 40 time 4.48 this year all due to his conditioning program at Dynamic, Kevin and his staff really designed a workout program for Armond that helped Armond to be in he best shape of his football career, they literally transformed him from a good athlete to a great athlete, Armond will continue to train at Dynamic as he prepares for college ball.

For almost the past 3 years Kevin Buckley has been training my son Jack. Without question the training provided by Dynamic Strength and Conditioning has provided my son with an advantage both on and off the football field or the ice. His level of conditioning, strength and overall athleticism that has been developed over the past 3 years is clearly evident.
Even more important than the results in competition are the real life results that have come from his time at Dynamic. He is conscious of what he puts into his body. He understands that working hard in school is more important than how many goals or touchdowns he scores. He’s learned that going to bed at 2am and sleeping till noon isn’t the type of 10 hours of sleep that will help you recover and promote growth.
Working out at Dynamic isn’t just one of a long list of things my son does…it has become a way of life for Jack. I can say with full confidence Dynamic Strength and Conditioning is the only place I would send my son to for training…it is the best program in the area by far!
